I have seen "Everyday Creativity" by Dewitt Jones several times and it never gets old. We've used it as a part of recent CPM Inquirers retreats with a lot of follow up discussion. Has it ever been shown at a Presbytery Assembly and used for small group discussion? This might be one way to get it introduced to our churches.

It's too easy to fall into the practice of doing the same old same old the same way every time. Our groups are so busy as it is, that sometimes just getting a job done is enough. But then, when do we take time to look at the big picture?

We had a great discussion following the film. My impression is that people were really inspired. Open to new possibilities - more than one perspective and multiple "right answers." It's OK to make mistakes; it's inevitable when you take risks, etc. I think our churches should see this video.
