Assembly Follow-up

As approved by last Saturday’s Assembly, today the Presbyterian camp property in Saugatuck, Michigan, was sold to Dune Ridge, Incorporated. Proceeds from the sale have ended the presbytery’s $7.4 million indebtedness with U.S. Bank, and next week the presbytery’s $450,000 loan from the Synod of Lincoln Trails will be repaid as well. Camp Property Sale Decision

Meeting at Chicago’s Fourth Presbyterian Church on February 8, the Chicago Presbytery Assembly voted favorably on a resolution to sell the Presbyterian Camps property in Saugatuck, MI.
