PMT Advisory Services

 
Within their limited number and volunteer hours, individual members of PMT may be availabe to advise and counsel Building Committees or Sessions by appointment.

Topics for PMT Advisors May Include:

  1.  General Management: long-range and life-cycle planning, contractual considerations, budgeting and long-term financial objectives.
  2. Physical Plant Items (such as): roofing/flashing issues, exterior wall/window maintenance, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, structural concerns, exterior site issues. 
  3. Life-Safety Improvements: building accessibility, heat and smoke detection and suppression, fire alarm, emergency lighting/exiting and security systems.
  4.  Procurement of Professional Consultants and Contractors

NOTE: Before seeking advisory services, building committees or sessions will be encouraged to consult the PMT web-pages as they becomes available to help determine what kinds of service would assist them best. Within its limited resources of time and members, PMT would like to make itself available first to smaller congregations seeking assistance.
