Description of Mission Project:

The purpose of the Youth Ministry Mission Team is to enable youth ministry through the support, strengthening and (re)vitalization of youth ministry efforts in local congregations, in order that they might educate and equip Presbyterian youth for Christian ministry and mission. In order to accomplish this goal, we intend to provide opportunities for youth to gather and learn at retreats, serve and reflect through mission projects and connect and worship at national youth events. We intend to nurture and support congregational youth leaders; promote leadership training and experiences for young people; and offer training events within the Chicago Presbytery.
