First United Presbyterian Church (FUPC) of Belleville, IL is seeking a partner in ministry to join their team as they step out in faith and build systems to sustain them in a new era of being and doing church. FUPC is a grace-filled church with a flexible staff that believes in doing good ministry while taking good care of one another. As they invite a new member to join the team, all staff members are willing to rethink their own job descriptions and responsibilities in order to best serve this particular church and the community.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and sense of call for ministry, be willing to experiment with new ways of forming disciples, possess a spirit of creativity, innovation, imagination, and love, and be a collaborative and humble team player.
