The Book of Order
The Book of Order is a governing document of the PC(USA). It is divided into four parts: The Foundations of Presbyterian Polity, Form of Government, Directory for Worship, and Rules of Discipline.
Parliamentary Procedure
The Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) designates Roberts Rules of Order, Newly Revised the latest edition, as the parliamentary authority to be used in governing body meetings.
